Organization and bookings
Maria-Antonia is the lady who keeps everyone in the
office on their toes, prompting and reminding to ensure that
no detail, however small or important, is overlooked. “The
Organiser” learned her attention to detail inthe shipbuilding
industry before succumbing personally to the travel virus.
Events and New Products
 After
more than 25 years in senior management positions with C&N
(now Thomas Cook), following which he was Managing Director
of LTU Destination Management AG in Switzerland, Jean
Reuter is responsible for Events and New Products. Apart from Spanish, English and
German, Jean also speaks fluent French and Dutch and lives
on his farm (‘finca’) in central Majorca with
his family (including Tommy the authentic Majorcan donkey!),
cooking up new ideas, as well as traditional Majorcan cuisine!
Groups and Special Tours
 Willy
Kramme speaks fluent Spanish, English, German and
French and came up through the ranks of the large Neckermann
concern. He started as tour guide before becoming destination
manager in several parts of the world, product manager for
club holidays before graduating to Director, Destination Service
USA for LTU’s Go America Incoming Agency. Willy has
returned to where he began, in Majorca, and is now responsible
for group travel, incentives, PR, entertainment and the exciting
new DeNess project “Unhindered Travel” which seeks
to provide totally integrated holidays for people with disabilities
and limited mobility.
Procurement and coordination
 A
multilingual language graduate from Luxembourg and formerly
director of NUR Touristic there, Yug Steffen
got to know most of the world like the back of his hand, having
been Destination Manager in many resorts, before settling
down and founding his own company in 1993 in his first love
– Majorca.
Through his Majorcan family he benefits from the best local
contacts and is primarily responsible for the provision and
procurement of local services. Out of season, he also organises
and participates in motorbike rallyes and tours, an exclusive
product of DeNess.

Marketing and Sales
 After
studying in France and Germany, Brian Workman
lived and worked in several countries before returning to
the UK in 1992. He has been primarily involved in the customer
service industry and has good contacts in many sectors.
Multilingual and cosmopolitan, he is very dedicated to delivering
the highest levels of customer service and is therefore an
excellent addition to the DeNess team and its philosophy.
He is our man in the extremely important UK marketplace.
