Casa Sa Font Secca
 A
beautiful country estate (“finca”) dating back
to the 17th century and fully restored in 1994 by the Gual
de Torella family. This is the ideal location for corporate
entertainment, conferences, incentives, congresses or celebrations.
The finca is just 10 minutes away from the centre of Palma
and is fully equipped to meet all the demands of quality corporate
events.
There are 4 separate areas which can each house a different
type of function at the same time. That is why “Sa Font
Secca” is the ideal location for companies wishing to
make an impression.
Sont San Andreu
 Originally
built in the 16th and restored at the end of the 19th century,
the “Son Sant Andreu” estate bears witness to
the lifestyle of our forefathers.
Standing on 250 acres (100 hectares) of land, “Sont
San Andreu” is just over a mile (2Km) from the centre
of Petras and one of the most typical estates in the region.
Every building oozes freedom and tranquility in a surrounding
area that has remained unchanged in over 200 years.
SeaStar
 The
M/S Seastar, a spacious motor yacht easily accommodating up
to 12 people in 6 cabins, fills that niche between standard
excursion boats and luxury cruise ships in the waters of the
Balearic Islands.
The crew, skipper and mate, take you to the most picturesque
bays and harbours of Mallorca’s beautiful Southeast
and West coasts. Alongside the standard programmes, from day
trips to one-week cruises, the M/S Seastar can also be hired
for special events with groups of up to 25 people or excursions
to the neighbouring islands of Ibiza, Formentera or Menorca.

Ses Cases Noves
 In
this part of Majorca you will find a microcosm of what life
in the real Majorca is all about. Here you can experience
the joys of everyday island life amongst the finca’s
own flora and fauna and a wonderfully hospitable atmosphere.
Little has changed here since it was built in the 17th century.
“Ses Cases Noves” offers a superb venue for a
typical Majorcan barbecue and is a great place to combine
a day out on the east coast with typical Majorcan country
hospitality. Whether for a picnic lunch, a barbecue or an
evening meal, “Ses Cases Noves” can cater for
groups of up to 120 people.
Pueblo Español Congress
Centre
 Literally
‘Spanish Village’, the “Pueblo Español”
is actually built in the Ancient Roman style on an area of
1_ acres (6,365m_), the largest of its kind on Majorca.
The buildings themselves occupy an area of over 50,000 sq
ft (4,700m_) and the three main conference halls have all
the facilities and equipment for large congresses, exhibitions,
banquets, receptions or concerts with a capacity of up to
2,500 people (table capacity 1,200 people).
Son Amar
 The
charming “Son Amar” country estate with its own
house orchestra and cultivated gardens can house up to 1,600
guests. This splendid venue can be reserved exclusively, however,
for parties and groups of 400 people.
The estate is especially well equipped to cater for product
launches, receptions or shows and the customised event culminates
in a gourmet meal followed by a stage show featuring a combination
of dance, ballet, music and magic. Afterwards there is still
time to enjoy the spectacular water displays.
Costa Nord
 This
is Michael Douglas’ Cultural Centre, situated in Valldemossa.
The theatre houses 300 people while the exclusive restaurant
caters for groups of up to 40 people.
Whether for a concert, a product launch or simply a reception,
the “Costa Nord” offers an exclusive venue of
the highest standard.

Castillo Bellver
 Take
advantage of this unique position overlooking Palma’s
Old Town and harbour to promote your products or to hold receptions
or even concerts. The “Castle with the Beautiful View”
is a perfect venue for all manner of corporate promotions.
Posada d’es Molí
 This
elegant and welcoming estate in typical Majorcan style lies
in tranquil surroundings about a mile (2 km) outside the village
of Es Pil-ari/San Francisco. The fully renovated buildings
date back to 1897 and still today it is a working farm. There
are 11 comfortable guestrooms with bath and WC, a communal
lounge area, a music room, casino and superb restaurant with
bar, all featuring an open fireplace. In the 1_ acre (6,000m_)
gardens, there is an all-weather tennis court, a heated swimming
pool and bikes and mountain bikes for use by the guests free
of charge. Easy access to Palma (7_ miles/12 km), the beach
(2 miles/3 km), the airport (5_ miles/9 km) and the 18 hole
golf course at Son Antem (4_ miles/7 km).
La Granja
 This
15th century estate is situated in an idyllic location between
Palma and the west coast. It has retained all its original
charm and is still a working farm to this day, offering exquisite
Majorcan and international cuisine to its ever-increasing
number of loyal guests at dinners and receptions of all types.
Els Calderes
 Surrounded
by fields of fruit trees, this working farm is situated 3
miles (5 km) outside the village of San Joan, about 21 miles
(35 km) east of Palma. A superb venue for receptions.
Finca Ca N’ Ai
 “Ca
N’Ai” is an old, exclusive Majorcan farm (finca),
superbly situated between mountains and sea, just outside
Sollér. Surrounded by over 5,000 orange trees, this
34 acre (14 hectare) estate has been in the same family for
14 generations and, like so many other farms in the Tramuntana
mountains, made a living over the centuries from supplying
firewood and olive oil. A few years ago it was transformed
into a luxury hotel with a worldwide clientele
Tall ships
 Majorca’s
coasts and the wide Bay of Palma are particularly inviting
for events with a nautical theme. Your choice of chartering
one of the various tall ships for your corporate activity
can be enhanced by having your own company flag on the mast
or your company name emblazoned on the sail, for example.
